Location is good as easily approachable while going to hotel from parking and also going from hotel to HARAM. House keeping was very active and cooperative. Good number of lifts with prayer room and restaurant.

When someone is booking he must be fully made aware of booking package like breakfast, dinner etc are included it not.

the room was very comfortable, and very quiet. We receive a good reception from the hotel staff.

The hotel is really far from the holy Mosque, approximatively 15 mins by walk instead of the 5 minutes promised in the hotel description. The Iftar meal was not included though mentioned in the booking details.

Location was good as compared to the price. The room was clean.

Attitude of the staff. No parking. Bathrooms Facilities. It is said that this was a four star hotel, I strongly question this rating, as I have satyed in better places and they are two star or below.

Location!!! There's a false information that this Hotel is 5-min walk from Al-Haram, which's not true! It almost 20-minutes especially with Traffic, and located in low-class neighborhood. The hotel should change this piece of information as it's fooling customers like me.

It is a new property hence very clean and well maintained. Very convenient to visit Haram although it is not very close, a walk of about 8-10 mins, and there are no other affordadable 4-star hotels near. Front Office staff is excellent, although the concierge and housekeeping staff needs more experience in customer service. I still like the place and will return back again.

Nothing much, although I think there is scope for improvement in customer service for the ground staff.

at arrival, the receptionist told me that you don't have a valid booking. at the end he called somebody and after 15 min they solve the problem.

The hotel is comfortable. Restaurants are close by and easily accessible.

there is no internet facility, they ordered 5,34$ per hour for wifi internet. There was no water heater at room.

It's a new building and nothing more to rave about.

In fact the location of older dar El Iman hotel which is now demolished was much closer to Haram and better appointed & staffed as well. We booked this hotel as we were not aware taht it has been demolished. Staff don't speak a word of english. Distance from Haram is definitely not 5 minutes walk. It's not in a walkable distance, we took taxi always. There is no restaurant in the hotel or even nearby.

Staff was not helpful I stayed for 2 nights, House keeping didn't come to clean the room! We were 4 in the room and they provided 1 key only to the room although we asked for more.

1) The location was misleading according to the advertisement on letsbookhotel.com. It is at least 10-15 minutes walk for the people over 50 yrs. The road is full of congessted traffic and sidewalks are full of people. The realistic time is at least 15-20 minutes. 2) The person at the reception took 30 minutes to put us in the designated room.

- At arrival, there was no staff in the reception to do check in since it was a change of working shift. - I spend almost 25 minutes to check in while I was exhausted from a long trip. - Initially they did not recognize my booking reference, then after 5 minutes of search on their system they said yes we found it ?! - Room TV channel are lousy. Only 2 channels working with one of them local economic news.
