Everything was positive!!! My colleagues and I were speechless. Really a verry clean Hotel with full service. Very friedly staff. This Hotel is value for money in any case! I have slept like a little prince, the bed was so comfortable. You will miss nothing. braksfast is very tasty...and perhaps they have the best coffee in Saudi Arabia?!

This is the second time we stay here. The room is very nice, clean and comfort. Late check out is also available and the staff is really good, friendly and helpful. The spa, pools and gym are nice and clean as well. Everything is two thumbs up. we highly recommended other people to come and stay here. We definitely will come again. -

قمت بحجز جناح من غرفتين وعند وصولي تم ترقية الحجز الى جناح من ثلاث غرف من قِبَل الإدارة تفضلاً منهم بدون رسوم إضافيه. الإستقبال كان أكثر من رائع واحترافي وإجراءات الدخول تمت في دقيقتين.
الجناح نظيف و مرتب و واسع...غرفة النوم الرئيسيه فيها الفخامة وهي بدورة مياة مستقلة.
المسبح رائع جداً من حيث المساحه والتصميم....يوجد أيضا مسبح مستقل مناسب للأطفا

I visit al Khobar once every year, this is the first time I realy enjoy my stay because the staff of the hotel are very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the furniture are brand new.

Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival. Anyway, the guts know that it's not my mistake and the hotel was overbooked.... the result was to upgarde me to a luxury suit at same value...

Location of the hitel was very good easy to reach n just few steps away from main markets.
Cleanliness very good, loved the quite n calm atmosphere.
Due to booking error not on our part, hotel management were quick in solving n upgraded our room without extra charges. Carrying 4 kids sleepy it was very nice of them.
Breakfast buffet was lovely for me n my kids, everything.
