  The real big plus for the hotel is really its young Saudi staff, I have to mention 2 names that I dealt with; namely; Zaid and Sahir (I hope I am stating the names correctly). They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years. Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival.   My family an I were staying at the Sham Suites Hotel for one week during a business trip. While there we were very happy with the cleanliness, nice smell and comfortable furnature of the location. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant and the price was extreamly reasonable for what we recieved.
