Nice clean chalets with confortable beds. Efficient check in. Usefull well equiped kitchen. Peacefull place. Clean (rather small beach. Very reasonable small market with all you need away fro city. Nice balcony with seating & grill arrangement. Jetskies, horse riding, kids play ground are available. Cheap extra bed (25 SAR/Nt) I would come back. This is our second time to this nice resort/hotel and once again we had a very enjoyable stay there. Lots of sports and other activities to enjoy; although you have to pay for many of the activities, the prices are reasonable and you get a very good service and enjoyable time.

It is a good place to visit especially if it is not a holidays, The Stuff were so good the food of the restaurant was so good The mini market was so good and the prices were good. All-in-all, it was a very nice hotel and we had an excellent stay there. The facilities are also very nice. The sitting area beside the pool is kinda nice and the overall cleanses is good. Slow service as it takes HOURS to get the rooms clean. Below average resturant. Sea front is far from hotel/chalets. Free buggy rides is not available all time and takes alot of time to get. The pools could be better with more care. Internet service return u back to dial up days Smell in our bathroom but not strong. the play area for the kids wasn't that good with very little to play with. There is a large area at the middle that is useless they only put some old stuff in there it just didn't look good and the water channel has no water .. I was there in a season there wasn't enough chairs at beach. Quality of food served in the only resturant is poor and no near by resturants to go to. catering services is not good. no professional staff in ketchen. Swimming pool timings Opens so late and closes way too early so you cant enjoy. the don't have baby cribs. Check in was too hard , it took about 3 hours to get the chalets. Beach space was limited and far away , gulf car was offered but .There was some loud music at night which was very disturbing you have to wait 1 hour or more. Room service is very bad. I asked to clean my room 4 times and they did it at the end in the evening time. - No Wifi - Smell in the Challie - No swimming in the Beach - Very small beach. Location , the food was not so good. No enough towel. House keeping service is very poor. Breakfast was open buffet but very limited options. They toke total mony more then reservation as Insurance. You must pay the total before your staying. Bad dealing with customers at end of the week. The restaurant was a joke ! High prices for frozen already made dishes that I could have cooked better that the "chief". The checking in at 4.00 pm ! It takes you at least 30 min to be able to check in. The receptionist did not validate our stay to letsbookhotel.com so we might be charged twice as we paid in the hotel. You have to pay when you check in !.
