What people say

Friendly helpful staff, good food - I asked for chicken and got a delicious concoction of chicken, sweetcorn and cream which I'd recommend to anyone. Excellent location on top of Mamaev Kurgan, ideal for visiting all the Stalingrad sites. The blonde woman whose job appeared to be to run the museum - she went out of her way to be rude and unhelpful, a real let down for the rest of the staff who were so kind and helpful. Make sure you enter through the hotel door on the right, not the central door which is guarded by this ghastly woman.
