The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. My single room was smallish but not at all claustrophobic. The bed was really comfortable with luxurious bedclothes. Seems like this hotel is new so they're making discounts to attracts clients.
As for me the main advantages were:
1) less then $100 price
2) lightning-fast internet (no problems to upload/download hundreds of Mb)
3) smoking was allowed in my room (while there were no marks of previous smokers like smell, spots or bur
