staff had excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to use facilities at other hotels in the Nevsky Hotels chain, some of which were more upmarket, which was a very good deal. No. Except maybe that the lift was not working, but that didn't detract from stay which was very enjoyable.The lift happened to be out of order, so there was a little bit of climbing to the hotel. Nevertheless, good value for the money and a great location.
