Great location in the city center, helpful staff, dorm rooms are full of light and space and also very clean so as the bathrooms. Nice nourishing breakfast of cornflakes, toasts with jam or cheese and coffee. They assisted me on where to go in the city and I had a great time socializing with other travelers in the evening. Strongly recommend. Very satisfied! The hostel is well organized and very well located, in an elegant building overlooking street by 24h supermarket and trendy wine bar, good restaurant. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean everyday. Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Higly reccomended!.

The location is close to hip cafes and bars. No air conditioning. The hostel was hard to find, and actually there are 2 entrances. The code I found on their internet page did not work on the Rubinseina street's entrance. actually stayed at MIR on Nevsky as the one on Rubinshteina was full for some reason, yet it was more quiet and cozy. tiny WC on Nevsky compared to the spacious bathroom on Rubinshteina. A bit difficult to find but I guess many hostels are like this in Russia. Quite hard to find. everything is great). mosquitoes. The hostel used to be very good last year. Now, it is INFESTED by bed bugs, i got bitten all over during the 5 days of my stay and has seen many living and dead insects in the mattresses. Other guests got bitten too. Sometimes the place can stay two days without hot water in the showers. Urgently needs to shut down a few days to renew the bed gear and for pest control. Cool and nice staff but top management seems uninterested to whats going on!. Bedbugs. I stayed for 4 nights and continued to gets bites every night. I thought they were mosquito bites, I researched and found they were indeed bed bites. Ew. The staff were unaccomidating and I felt like I was an unwelcomed guest in someone's home. The bathrooms were only clean on the surface, the toilets were filthy. I felt I was in the film 'Hostel.'. The entrance is ugly. Impossible to find, there isn't signs and the orentation is wrong in the site. One day without hot water. The staff are friendly but they are not prepared. The courtains must be darker. I don't recomend.

The hostel's main entrance is from Rubinsteina Street 15-17 on the left from Fartuk Restaurant. You will see the black iron gate to the courtyard. If the gate is closed, please press 2B. Turn left after white security post and go through the arch. Turn right and go along the house to the brown iron door. Press 77B. The hostel is located on the first floor.
