Liked the guesthouse very much! Very polite, smiley and super-helpful receptionist. Rooms are comfortably furnished - feels like home, mine one was with a beautiful view on water canal.
Little "-" is: even if the address and location map is provided - pretty hard to find entrance without a phone call and instructions which door to open and where is the button for intercom.
Brand new décor, heated room, central location, corner store just
outside, view of the canal, laundry, use of printer for free. Very nice

Difficult to find the hotel at first. You have to enter the building and
find a way through a locked door up to #5 where you can finally ring the
bell. We made it in because a resident of the building happened to be
leaving when we arrived. The place looks sketchy from the stairwell but
inside the guesthouse is totally renovated. The owner's English is
limited but he tried his best to make us comfortable. Shared bathrooms
were okay - nice shower but had to wait sometimes.
