The director George Mikhailidi is very helpful and friendly, he speaks very good English. Ask for him if staff speaks few English. All staff is friendly. The location is very central, metro and economic restaurants or fast-food is neadby. Rooms a the back side are quit. Great value for money, Great location close to major touristic attractions and close to a metro station. Some recepcionists were great, like Dimitri and Natalia, always trying to help. Unfortunatelly, one of the receptionists were extremely rude ( Larisa).

The ladder to the third bed in the Economy triple room is very steep, not so comfortable, and a little unsafe. Some places weren't as clean as they supposed to be. My bed sheets were dirty and it was a real challenge to find a clean glass, knife and spoon during the breakfast. Everything was poorly washed. Besides that the receptionists do not speak any language besides Russian. But after my stay in Russia I can assure that is extremely difficult to find someone who speaks English no matter where you go. Even so, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location and good price. Air conditioner was not working properly. Lack of space. A real Russian experience as they speak only some words of English here. 1. construction area nearby - noisy, not easy to find a hotel 2. payment "just now" - manager was surprised when I asked to have a look the room BEFORE payment. 3. sound proofing is not good 4. VERY small room, but for 2 days it's quite enough 5. no hairdrier, shelves, pegs and clothes hanger 6.dirty pillows, but tidy pillowcase. Rooms are small! Window view is rather bad!. The breakfast is poor and served in a small kitchen where there was lack of kitchen utensils (mugs, cups dishes) which forced the guests to wash the dishes. - the room wasn't really cleaned before our arrival - the staff bearly speaks english. Room was very small. Also bathroom was very dirty. We were afraid to take a shower. On the other hand prices were too expensive,hotel didnt deserve that prices. İt was worse then any hostel.
