Location is very good - 3 minutes walk from the center of the city, clean and pretty cousy inside. Recommend for short trips. Clean, nice, friendly staff. Close to the metro, the very center of the city. Inexpensive, highly recommend it. 1) Good condition of the rooms, 2) not a high price, 3) subway station is within two minutes walk. Too noisy (the window is always open) because of the absence of an air-conditioner. the price. Small rooms. unknown code of entrance. Insects, the building is too dirty, the walls are too thin (some nights i almost couldn't sleep, because i could hear every word of each guest in the hotel), nobody cleaned my room for the whole week. Staff friendly but also in reception cannot speak English (no one word!); It was a big problem to find the place because there was no indications on the door about this hotel and the personal wasn´t able to explain and help us by phone; In the morning no water available; I would say it´s ok only for Russian people or young persons who can speak good Russian. micro rooms. No signs on the street with the name of the place. They say it is in the corner but the door to the building is probably the fifth door on the street (not in the corner). They don't have an english speaking staff. Many cockroaches in the room (we killed at least 7 just on our room in one night). This "hotel" is situated on the third floor of a quasi-derelict building with empty floors and beer cans littered in the staircase. In this season, it is suffocatingly hot and we were given a half-broken fan. The "manager", a young man in shorts and slip-slops is there episodically and does not speak a word of English.We stayed one night and escaped. Please remove this hotel from your list, it's a dump.
