The hotel is brand-new, so all the equipment is new.
I liked the location of the hotel a lot - it is in the center and if you like walking then you can easily go on foot to most of touristic places.
Also the free of charge parking place is a big advantage.

The rooms are really good value for the price and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very substantial and is prepared for you at the time you state. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will certainly stay there again when I go back to Kazan.
