  First of all, we really appreciate the hospitality of really friendly staffs!! They speak English and if tried to speak in Russian, they also tried to hear me and teach me some. The staff also explained about city so clearly that we can figure out where to go. The facility is very good, clean and convenient. It was more spacious than we expected and the representative that met us was more than accommodating-he met us at a local point to take us to the flat earlier than expected.
