Good quality hotel, perfect location, close to the center, always clean, quiet, good internet connection, wide choice breakfast, ideal for business trip

1. the extra price of the breakfast (30 euro/person!!!) 2. they lost one of the luggage items we left after check out before we depart to the airport. be careful with the luggage you leave at the storage room.

Very good location, near to railway station and subway. There are a lot of restaurants and shops inside the hotel.

There are no bathrobes and slippers in some rooms.

Hotel is located near Expocenter which was the most important for us. Hotel has different restaurants in the building. Breakfast is very good. I would come back to this hotel it I have to do it for business

I didn't like Moscow for different reasons: prices are crazy, it is very dificulto to speak English out from the hotel, taxi drivers charge the tourists three times more so I would recommend travellers to order a taxi always in the hotel or call to the taxi phone nummber given by the hotel. I think Moscow is not still prepared to receive tourists

It seems that the Hotel need some refurbishing. I have been there now 15 years and there are no big changes. Old furnitures etc;

The stuff is good. Location is good too.

Internet breaks down constantly, the rooms are old, the heating is noisy, the lobby bar is pretty cold, the price is way too high for such quality.

It was pretty stiff in the room even with the condition on so we had to open windows. Since our room was oriented to the train station it was pretty noisy.

Tired room. Very badly designed bath shower unit (sprayed towards room). Glacial wifi. Expensive for what you get. Poor hair dryer. Rust on bath.

The location of the hotel is terrible. I didn't see any guide signs on the route to the hotel. The room's conditions are terrible too: dark spots on the floor, air bubbles on the wallpaper, dust in the corners of the room. The window is muddy. Hot tap at the shower didn't work correctly. The restaurant is very expensive: the price of hot tee, two cakes and two glass of wine - 80 usd. The staff at the parking don't polite.
