Very convenient location and nice quiet rooms

Lack of signage within the airport or directions in the hotel website for clients that would like to walk to Novotel instead of waiting the shuttle. The appropriate exit point is close to the Aeroexpress station. The overnight shift in the reception is not on par with the day shifts. They need to be more polite with the clients.

Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I would like to notice that breakfast is very diverse and tasty, so you will find whatever you want.

This hotel is a delight - modern, comfortable, and efficient.

Only two things weren't great. Restaurant staff (there are dozens of them) skilfully avoid noticing customers who want something - it took ages to get a meal there. Also, the walk to the terminal building is short but not straightforward or signposted and the hotel staff were hopeless at directions so customers really need a card with the pedestrian route to the terminal building marked on but there isn't one.

Friendliness of the front desk staff; Gym & Pool & Hammam - both the facility and friendliness of the staff person on duty; Nice room design and sound proof windows.

Laundry service was on available during the weekend day of the stay; Bathroom of the (newly-refurbished, according to the front desk) room had leaking in the glass shower curtain.

Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.

Quite old hotel but these guys are trying to make a new one. they do. The strengths - very convenient location, relatively low price (for a hotel close to the airport) is a superb place for a day or two. Weakness - there are no shops and a very small pool.

I was on a business visit visit to Moscow, and I asked the hotel receptionist to wake me up. They didn't, and their reply was 'Bad Things Happen!!'.. Completely unreliable.

Ladies were looking at me waiting that I say"welcome to our hotel"...they could not find my booking....at check out they could not give me my invoice because "there was something wrong with computer"....at the lobby bar, ladies speak poor english...all in all, not very nice surprise

Restaurant and room service overpriced. Air Conditioning not working, despite a brand new room making it to hot to sleep well, tech came at 1am to say " All is ok " when the room temperature could not go bellow 26c ... Shuttles to the Terminals should be more ponctual.

- The renovation had changed a look of the hotel about 50% - The food in expanded restaurant was very good, and not too expensive for Moscow. - At least a small bottle of water was given "from the house" in the room for two pax. - In spite of the description, free WiFi connection was available in the lobby and restaurant.

- The staff of reception was barely moving, even if there was a huge line waiting to check-in. Only two clerks were working in the evening, when we checked-in, and following morning, when checking-out. - No WiFi in the rooms - No bathrobes and slippers were available in Superior Room - No hygienic additions in the bathroom apart of the shampoo and shower gel - in overall, the crowdness make in image of the hotel as a hostel rather than expensive business hotel.
