It is a great Hotel with very nice lobbybar, big and clean romms, service ist very nice und the food in the restaurant is great!!!! And oevery weekend you have a great party!!!! So, I recommend this hotel!!!!. Nice hotel , modern one , walking distance to a medim class mall , 10 mints to kuzminki metro station ,, active area , helpful staff Breakfast was teasty & nice. The staff were very helpful , the room was comfortable and the food was good. The cost of drinks was ridiculously expensive compared with the food.

The hotel is clean and cozy, and it is very close to DME. Easy check-in although my bed option was not available. Hotel O.K. - relatively near to Domodedovo Airport. Rooms and courtesy and discretion of the staff. Pleasant Hotel with well trained staff. Good service and very comfortable. There was meant to be a free shuttle from the Domodedova airport to the hotel that did not exist. I did not travel to or from that airport myself but was told by colleagues. This is despite a note in the lift detailing the existence of the shuttle. They did not respond to email queries sent prior to my visit. The hotel is quite a long way from the centre. It is extremely cold in the room!!! While entering the room you feel an arctic wave of cold!!!! They do not switch air conditioning system when nobody in. As for me I prefer natural home temperature so I was frosted over all every part of my body!. It is too far away from the centre, not a good place for tourist. Waiting for minibar to be organised. Lack of in-room tea making facilities. They made a payment with my credit card (for Taxi), without giving me a receipt, or anything. Food in the Restaurant extremely bad. Chasing staff for breakfast in bed and opening minibar minibar. nothing. Poor WIFI, need to reconnect every time. Smokers. It looks like you are in smoking room when you are near restaurant. Very expensive. Mini bar in room is locked. 1. Having to step "up" into the bath for a shower and low water pressure from the shower. 2. Would be nice to have a bath robe available. 3.When I book a double bed that I get a DOUBLE bed and not two singles pushed together with single quilts on each. Very, very strange and unpleasant chemical smell in all rooms i've been to. Me and my collegues stayed on the 20th floor. And the same smell in 5 different rooms. I would prefer to have a kettle for hot water, as well as an iron for pressing clothes. Very strage, unpleasant smell in all rooms i've been too (3). Slow staff at reception desk. No english channels on old tv, payment for sauna, no swimmingpool, shuttle but who only drive on strange time, old bathroom, not a 4 stars hotel. Watered beer in the hotel pub, like in old Soviet Union. Front staff has no idea what they are doing. It is unacceptable to take up to 30 minutes for check in while in between the Russian guests get priority and the staff can just not get you a room. If you extend, they will call your room at 1205 to tell you you have to leave, trying to figure out the extension becomes the project of the day then!. The front staff, why does it take 20 minutes to check in, every time. Also extending your stay via letsbookhotel.com has to take up to 30 minutes with 4 staff members trying to figure it out, absolutely unacceptable, no standards or training. Russian guest get also a priority threatment with check in, annoying!. The bar was very expensive. Staff is very slow and inflexible, it takes 20 min to put a correct address on the bill by 3 persons. Breakfast is horrible and way too expensive.
