Very good value for money. A fair price for what the hotel offers - very unusual for Moscow where hotels are often overpriced. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, warm and quiet. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated with comfortable furnitures. Quiet location.Friendly staffs. Located not far from the metro stations. Comfortable and quiet, really good facilities, excellent breakfast.

I was working locally so the venue was good and close to metro stations. Food was quite nice. Comfortable quite room that is in a good location for the company I was visiting. Room service is delivered quickly. Not too bad a price compared to other place in Moscow. Little isolated, cafes, bars, restaurants or shopping facilities are not close to the hotel, though the hotel itself has a restaurant. Due to a problem with the POS terminal, we were forced to pay by cash. The room was very smoky. And the staff of reception was not so pleasure. Struggle to get the hold on y credit card lifted after the payment went through. smoking in the room. Condition didn't work No balcone. hotel surroundings. Direct location. Non smoking floors but there smoke was coming in from the other rooms and the room smelt bad. Mentioned it to the staff but they said it was a no-smoking floor so no-one would smoke there. Was too tired to call them at night when the smoke smell woke me up. Music is loud in the restaurant on occasion and could be heard as a distant thump thump from my 5th floor (that would be 4th in the uk) bedroom. Decoration was a bit ornate but that's simply a matter of taste. Restaurant full menu stops at 11 and the selection on the 24 hour menu isn't that great and my room service order was incorrect when it arrive at my room. Rooms had a stale smell Safe was free standing and easy to take out if someone decided to Breakfast had a good variety but not sure if the taste was all that Bread - white only No kettles in room, when ordered a flask with hot water it never arrived Do not expect a smile from the guy who helps you with the luggage even though I gave him a tip. The bed was hard but not unbearable. I was dying of thirst and they wouldn't let me charge a bottle of water to my room which was a bit strange. The bathroom could have been cleaner, when I looked up above there was an old soap shampoo and conditioner which it looked as though the shower itself had been cleaned but not obviously a thorough clean of the entire bathroom. I haven't stayed anywhere else in Moscow to compare. the size of the bathroom is too small in the luxe. Some stuff opened our door while we were sleeping. When I reported this to the receptionist, the only reply I got was "oooh". Also, I upgraded from single to double when we got to moscow, and it was an extremely long wait at the reception desk to perform the change. Quite far from main city roots. Terrible check-in procedure takes about 1 hour, no window in the room (#710). 24 hour menu is not that great. Very Russian hotel, with no trust to their customers and we had to pay in advance for conference facility even before we have received the service. Also conference facility were very basic and very hot in room as it was underground floor with low ceiling. Room was not ready. I waited long time without explanation. possibly lack of knowledge to explain. overpriced. No advantages except the position and wi-fi connection... It will take a lot of time to describe. One thing I want to mention: never stay at room number 708 - the only view from its window is a roof full of garbage and people walking on it. And much noise from all the sides: roof, walls... I can't remember any worse hotel I ever stayed. Mixture of Bombay and Seoul outside. In fact this place is worth staying if your business here is somewhere within 500m. Ex-industry zone + 3 railway stations rush. Noise in the 7 Floor (alot), They are rebilding someting. Internet sometimes dont work, but they help at the recpection ...
