It is situated close to the Center of Moscow. Room is not so big, but it is good. Room is comfortable.

Room number was 13. But where are no poroblems concerninig this fact :)

Staff were really helpful, particularly Maria and Svetlana. The location is brilliant - 5 min walk to Red Square. The rooms are OK, but have everything you need; fridge, kettle, dressing gown and slippers. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value. Rooms very comfortable and most importantly quiet.The hotel is a room only establishment but that suited us perfectly. We were escorted to the hotel by staff from our taxi on arrival and our luggage was carried to our room - a lovely touch. The same on our departure. The hotel was superbly located on the kamergersky walking street with easy acess to all tourist attractions. A brilliant little hotel and a real gem in the heart of a beautiful city. Many thanks to everyone.

Hotel Kamergersky offers excellent value for money and the location is unbeatable. Located on a cobbled pedestrian-only street, lined with restaurants, it is only a three minute walk to the Red Square. The staff, Svetlana and Victoria in particular, were friendly, helpful and made excellent arrangements on my behalf. The size of the room was decent for the lowest room category booked and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was served at next door restaurant The Kitchenette and was delicious. All in all, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Moscow if I went back.

The downside of it being located on a pedestrian-only street, amidst restaurants, is that it is really difficult to find. I trekked past it twice before somebody showed me the entrance.

It is a 4-5 block walk to Red Square, close to Metro, yet you don't hear the street noise inside the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room itself was very nice. WiFi in all the rooms.

While the WiFi worked well within the hotel, the Internet connection timed out so frequently as to be unusable for other than e-mail.

Location was perfect on pedestrian street with nice restaurants and cafes. Very close to Red Square and shopping area including budget and designer shopping. The front office staff Sveltana, was very nice and supportive. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Best location. Five minutes walk to Kremlin and Red Square. Many restaurants and shops at your door step. Twin room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and polite. All reception staff spoke good English. Highly recommended.

Everything! We came from another hotel, where we checked out after one night. Coming to hotel Kamergersky was an excellent switch! Breakfast is good, nice outside, staff is friendly, rooms great and the location was top: in a street without traffic. Good service.

Located right in the city center. Cannot get better. I lived in Moscow before. Was surprised to see a nice hotel for this price right on the Kamergersky.

It is too expensive if you pay full price. I got my room with 50% discount and it was definately worth it. You cannot park infront of the hotel. It is not a driving street, only walking...

Staff position comfort cleaness

You have to pay for registering your entrance in Russia. It's not much but the staff was not clear with me when I booked.

The stuff was very polite and helped me a lot by arranging a car for my business meetings and carrying my suitcase to and from my room (there isn't a lift in the hotel).

When I came in they were expecting me !!! The bathroom facilities are very complete ... The free bottles of water !! It was very hot last week !!!

The fact that not all front-desk employees speak english But I understand that is rather common in Russia. Nevertheless, they always had a big smile and that helps !!

A/C outside unit was close to the window so you would not leave the window open in the night due to noise.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating before we even arrived. This would have to be the 'happiest hotel we have ever stayed in - all the staff were happy, positive, engaging and genuinely interested in their guests. The location is fantastic - Kremlin, Bolshoi, metro, shopping, eating, etc.. We were fortunate to have a ground floor room at rear of hotel which had windows that opened to backstreet court area - an interesting vista on local culture. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Kamergersky again!

Location was right on a pedestrian-only street in the heart of Moscow, two blocks from the Kremlin and in the heart of the restaurant / shopping district. Room tastefully appointed with modern private bath, mini-fridge and flat-screen. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for things like arranging taxis, and even provided complimentary champagne and chocolates for our daughters birthday.

No disappointments at all. Please realize it is a smaller hotel, so there is no lobby to speak of and you must walk up a flight of stairs to the rooms.

Located in a traffic-free "cafe society" lane just fifteen minutes walk from Red Square. In heart of theatre land. Near three metro stations. Owner gave personal attention.

Location is very central, on a rather busy street but still very quiet. Room was clean and staff very kind and helpful.

Room was very small. No place in the hotel for breakfast but several cafes just outside. They asked to pay for the stay when checking-in. Price is very high for what you get but Moscow is expensive anywhere.

No Internet access for iPad , Can't open the room windows cause the outside at night time doing a lot of works for the restorants located behind. Food delivery,taking out the garbage E.T.C. People in lobby can't explain well how to go from the metro to find hotel
