Next to the metro station, 20 min - and you are in a city center. Pleanty of parking space. Many shops and places to eat around, just make sure you have cash. The location near the metro is fantastic. There are eating joints, money exchange & many convenient places close by. The Vodka museum is just behind. City tours can be booked from the Hotel desk. No air condition. the waiting line for the check-in, too long and too slow! the hot room due to the fact that there is a hot water tube to dry the towels in the toilets. security is old fashioned, irritating and ineffective; check in was very slow; staff nonprofessional; menu in cafe and restaurant was not good for us and we used restaurant at the neighboring hotel. Really bad service. Staff at reception were very unenthusiastic and can't be bothered serving you nor do they feel the need to do things efficiently even if they can see a line of guests waiting to checkin/checkout. Noisy room, unfriendly staff, dirty walls, etc. Bad money-value balance. Terribly annoying stuff! Every - I mean - EVERY morning had started with "Open the door! I must clean your room and change your towels!". Stupid documents control on the hotel entry et cetera et cetera.
