Чистота в номерах и коридорах Бесплатная парковка Круглосуточное обслуживание Большой набор платных услуг Много круглосуточных магазинчиков поблизости где можно в любое время купить чай и пирожок (или выпивку). В двух шагах есть торговый центр где можно хорошо и недорого поесть (работает с утра до позднего вечера). Рядом парк где можно погулять с ребёнком. Вай фай в номере как ни странно, работал, но только на планшете, а смартфон не ловил.

I was impressed by the security (we could not board the elevator without showing our room pass) The restaurant in the lobby was a nice touch, comfortable with great food, though the menu was limited. I have booked a single room for a business trip to this hotel for one night. Hotel located near to the subway (less than 5 min. on foot). There are clear rooms, free wi-fi, air condition. For its price room is perfect, if I would travel to Moscow next time I would choose this hotel. Safe parking, metro station right outside the hotel, good wifi in the rooms and friendly staff. The bed, while adequate, was not very comfortable. I would have preferred a desk to the round table in the room. I was surprised that there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. You have to pay to let your lugagge if you arrive early for check in or when you check out and has a flight later. They charge 120 rubles per bagagge. The staff was not friendly nor helpful, as Russians still do not know what customer service is. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Wi Fi does not work properely and ca omly be caught at the reception desk, not in the apartaments. They don`t put anything for shaving in the bathroom. If you book a room with one big bed, there is no guarantee you will get it (bed can be small anyway). Long waiting for check in (20 minutes/each person), though there were not many people. One moment there was a queu (10 people). All of a sudden, other 2 receptionists came out from nowhere. One woman form the staff was rude towards me and had a condescending attitude for no reason. Windows opened fully and thought dangerous as we were on 25th floor, Some staff seemed rude.
