Excellent location, 20 meters from Metro, 15 minutes from town center. Clean comfortable rooms, bit small. Acceptable breakfast Russian canteen style Acceptable knowledge of English. The underground station is really very-very close. There is a coffe-machine, which all the time was really working! The bed is very comfortable. Small, cosy hotel. Very clean rooms. We lived in the deluxe room equiped with a small kitchen. Price is relevant.

The environment, staff hospitality. Everything was Ok!. 1. Good staff - as supportive as they only could be. 2.Location - BRILLIANT ! 3. Rooms are new and though standart ones are very small but all is new, nice beds and bedlinen, shower cabins are huge. 3.After 23:00 is not easy to get in as it is manufacturing zone, so security will have to open and close the doors but gives you a sense of extra security. Plus all guests can come only with personal key cards, therefore no weirdos. 4.New big supermarket ( food ) round the corner . 30 meters away from the metro station; clean; facilities are ok. free coffee machine. Price slightly on the high side. Sometimes the bathroom was smelling. Very unconvinient entrance. We had to pass through tiny turnstile with big suitcases. No one could help old people to carry our luggage. The elevator is only on the 2nd floor. Reception doesn't answer the phone at nights. Nothing to complain about. Breakfest, difficult to find. Not completed renovation of entrance. The cafetaria , and the idea that they don't have a bar. Late breakfast. too much security doors and securtiy staff in the Hotel as you are thnkin gthat the Hotel is situated not in a safe place. 1. Its was +32c heat in Moscow and in the deluxe room air-con didn't work !!! 2.Wi-fi was VERY bad. In 2 days it actually worked only for 10 mins - at least in rooms 201 and 206. 3. Breakfast - for a non-russian citizen the breakfast will look very weird - its a "soviet union menu option/style" , though tasty . 4.After 23:00 is not easy to get in as it is manufacturing zone, so security will have to open and close the doors. If they sort 1 and 2 out I d definitely come back. no 24h receiption; the security could not offer iron and hair drier and could only say "you may ask the receiptionist tomorrow after 8-00". 700 rubles for checking in before 2 p/m/.
