Best price an location near to Dynamo Metro Station, 10 minutes by walking. Quite good attending people work in the Hotel. The price was good and the breakfast was excellent. The bathtub was a heaven, though no cork was provided. it was really cheap for Moscow, and not to far from the Metro. Helpful staff, great breakfast, clean and nice facilities. Staff were very polite and informative.

Food. People serve in Restaurant located floor 2 do not speak english, only russian language. Then I want to droink red wine end got russsian champagne, but it was ok. I really didn't like the lone black hair on a wall of my bathroom. The Cafeteria/restorant placement is way out of reach, on the side of the hotel, instead of in the middle. Elevators are pretty scary, considering, that one of them was not working, while I stayed. The bar was expensive, compared to the hotel. One of the shops in the hotel has russian opening hours - when they like. room temperature was a bit too warm. No free Wi-Fi neither in the room nor in the lobby. There is free Wi-Fi on the 1st and 2nd floors but it's so slow that I would say there is no free Wi-Fi in the hotel. They have not we-fe in the room..I stay 8 night..free intrenet have only first and second floor..But they have not fift floor..!?. Access to hotel not so comfortable from Dinamo subway stn., even when using troleybus! Needless to say - if with heavy luggage - only taxi! !!! TOO poor water flow from shower! When u r tired, this is especialy frustrating... Room service takes too long; check-in procedure takes too long, even in case of advanced booking ; shower facilities are outdated ; very unfriendly staff for breakfast meeting with guests ;. Advertising of 'movies for adults' in the rooms - ?? 2 stars for me, not 4. We found the head receptionist (?) was most unhelpful regarding taxis. Their prices were double what we would pay normally and he was quite rude when we questioned this!. WIFI is free only in reception and is unbelievably slow. Of course if you pay 500 RUB you can have Internet for 24 hrs in your room. The booked upgrade to a suite was cancelled by the hotel, "No suites available" and they charged me nearly the same price for an ordinary room. Nothing cosy. Sovietic type hotel, an old one. The furniture in the rooms, sanitary ware, carpets and the total infrastructure are quite battered. A medium 3 star hotel level. The download speed of WiFi in the lobby is very bad, in the room internet connection is wire only and costs extra money. Old tired Hotel in need of renovation, Nothing around, No money exchange in reception is something un heared of in a 4 stars Hotel!!. Attitude of the staff: one computer for the whole reception area and thus unability (and unwillingness) to solve your problem quickly. Broken tap and shower in an excellent facility: external view was OK but impossible to use and regulate water temperature. My room was not cleaned after the previous guest and on the second day of my stay there was still no difference except for the made bed. - No "throughout" WiFi coverage, in lobby the speed is very slow - Dated furniture, definitely not a 4-star hotel. All dishes in restaurant are very expensive in comparision to quality. Very unfriendly staff. Shower not working properly. No exceptions to any changes. Metro station was 15 minutes away - not 5 minutes as written. Everything very old.the walls r like paper.you can hear every sound of next room. If you are tired and want to order from the room service Dont do it!!because they ask you to come down and pay the ampnt of your order!so stupid!!. First of all this hotel is not a 4* maybe a 1*. They don't have laundry service which is very bad for a business man lile myself. They didn't have airconditioning in the rooms. I had 3 days reservation but I stayed only 1 day and checked out from the hotel.
