Fresh, new and well equipped hotel at wise price - that's not so common appearance in Moscow...
Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat.
Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise.
Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).

Great location in the center of Moscow - 10 minute walk to subway, another 5 to Gorkiy Park, 10-15 minutes walk to Arbat.
Restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Nice variety of food for breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Huge room with bedroom and office. Free WIFI, fridge -everything you need for a nice stay.
On the checkout we received discount because we booked the night but left late at the evening. It was great surprise - most of the hotels do not refund in this case.

This is my second visit to this hotel, location is good, it is near to underground station, breakfast and diner are good too. I can not say: Staff are so friendly and they do not know english, but staff of reception knows english and they are very frendly.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city.
