Great room with huge bed, convenient workplace and shower room. Air heating/conditioning works properly. Also there is tea/coffee set with kettle. Thick curtains helps to resist bright sun on mornings. Breakfast is excellent: wide choice, tasty food. Everything was great. The staff wsd very kind and informative. The rooms are clean and furnished nice. Everything thay you expect from Hilton. Plus parking.

Last time it went higher, than previous ones. stayed two times, and in both cases couldn't send any emails. Downloading was without any problems.. For email chat had to use 3G.. This hotel just opened and some works are not finished yet. Staff is friendly and trying to staisfy all your needs but you can feel that they are not experiensed yet. Location is good but I had difficulties to reach the parking place of the hotel. I saw that they trying to do all they best and I think in future they could get better rating from me. None. Missing ironing kit in the room. was very hot in the room staff can not help. No smoking rooms!!!. Nothing. Iron in the room was with troubles. Smell into building was strange. As usually russian hotels : they want to show great modernity, but service and hospitality are very bad. Staff doesn't want or have problems with registration of foreigners. Breakfast is bad. There is no any parking for cars around the hotel's entrance for hotel's visitors with luggage.
