The Berlin Hotel is EXCELLENT in all respects. It offers unbelievable value and clearly all aspects of the hotel are managed to the highest standards - and everything works including free WiFi. My single bedroom with an ensuite facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wholesome and although a buffet arrangement there is a waitress on hand to help. The hotel is well located and within a short walking distance of the coach and main railway station. There is a large shop.

A new and well-appointed hotel, close to main transport facilities. Rooms were first rate and the internet fast. Good hotel with pleasant staff. Breakfast is not included but we found a lot of variants in the city. Breakfast was very tasty,but every day we ate the same things ,because of the poor choice of food. I liked the hotel's proximity to the train station, reasonable price and good room for the price. It's nice and clean, within a walking distance (10-15 minutes) from bus and railway stations. The hotel is not yet complete - a bar would be a great addition. I also suggest installing something against mosquitoes if the hotel doesn't wish to face redecoration costs every autumn season :-). Everything was nice. Not in the very center - might be inconvenient for some. There's a ground transport though, and taxis are not very expensive. No possibility to pay with credit card. We spoke no Russian and relied on German menus for ordering food in the resteraunt. The breakfast. I arrived only in evening, so I can't find any uncomfortable features. Again location. Traffic clogged road in front makes access to city difficult. the staff could be friendlier. nothing. The management and the administration of the hotel are not professional. Maybe because they have recently started the hotel. Members of the staff may be considered to be rude in European standards. In the bathroom there is no cupboard. You have to ask for hair dryer if you need.You might have problems if you dont speak Russian. far from center 40 minutes walking. No AC. Breakfast cafe underground Dark. No refrigerator in the room. not well furnished ( decorated ) The stuff are not well trained or organised. Far from the city center, takes around 45 min to walk there. They made my pay a towel just because it was just dirty of lemon and for them it was impossible to wash and got it like before...but it was just enought to wash it. The stuff don't speak english at all if u want to stay just only 1 hour more when u have to check out ...u have to pay it when the 99% of the hotel if they are not full booked they gave u for free.
