  I enjoyed that it was close enough to the center by metro but far enough to be quiet. While I travel I need to sleep. :) I also envoy end that the hostel was small and quaint. - I liked mostly everything. Our family found Piterskii Dvorik clean and nice for staying.

  Unlike the majority of hostels in SPb, Giggly hostel is recently renovated and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a place next door where you can have a cheap meal. Moreover, it's easy to go to Peterhof from the hostel - the bus stop(Baltiysky vokzal), it will take you only 10 min on foot to get to the bus stop. - The hostel... what people say » was easy to find and not far from the metro. When I arrived, there were two very friendly women who spoke excellent English who showed me around. At about £14 a night for the 8 bed dorm it was excellent value, especially as I picked a quiet time and didn't have to share! Clean everywhere and free tea is always a bonus!

  I was very happy with the prices for accommodation and must mention the excellent work of staff. Helped me in a difficult situation, thank you for a job - Cheap breakfast and tasty :) Smiling nice people at the reseption, they let me in before the check-in time.
