Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. The location is perfect, a block from Nevsky avenue. You can walk to
every city attraction. The personnel is wonderfull, excellent english
and helpful. A complete breakfast, with russian specialities and also
continental food for foreigners. Nice room, bathroom, pleasant heating,
an electric kettle with tea bags were appreciated at night.

A week's time lived like at home. After working and eyeful of the city to be able to recuperate tomorrow. Enjoyed the opportunity to cook a light supper as large hotels, the lack of such conditions. Very nice hotel staff: polite, pleasant, good-natured and friendly. -

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (it is worth saying that this is important in the summer. The unit was very quiet so did not disturb us in the night). We dined in the main restaurant several times and enjoyed the food which was Russian cuisine with some Italian dishes. Breakfasts were excellent and catered for a whole range of tastes.

Mini Mani is so far the best hostel that we have hosted. Have a very good infrastructure and a very simpathy staff to help you. Is very clean and confortable. I really don't think that you can have a best hostel by this price. -

The staff was very helpful. They spoke very good English and were able to help me with translation issues and directions. I had a room on the street side, which I was pleasantly surprised did not have much noise. The room was comfortable and clean. There were a couple of English speaking channels on the TV. I really appreciated the outstanding service that that the staff offered to us. While there, I had my passport stolen by a pickpocket on a bus and Svetlana, a staff member, took us to the police station and assisted us by acting as a translator. While enroute to the station, she gave us a running commnentary on the sights in St. Petersburg. The food in the two hotel resturants were excellent, but the one called Marius had more choices.
