I had a business room with free wifi, breakfast included (which was very good) and free access to the Spa and gym which is also excellent. the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport and the city and the metro station is only a short walk away with a direct line to the centre. my room was excellent and ... what people say » very clean and comfortable. I have seen Trip advisor reports where people have complained about the food, rooms and location. i completely disagree, e - Good lication - it is far from city center but close to Pulkovo airport, so if you are going to leave for airport in the morning you can avoid traffic jam and predict time to get the airport. Metro station is near the hotel. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. The good beer reastaurant is located in the hotel building and work till 23h. The 24h bar is available in lobby with good choice of drinks and reasonable prices, but no snacks available.

  The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. Location is great, supermarket is 100 meter from the suites and metro is only 150 meter away, make it convenient to commute to city center (4 stations) away. Breakfast is ok and their happy hour couple days a week was a sweet tr... what people say » eat. - The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

  Staff was so nice,attentive and helpful. Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. It was on the first floor with the views into the garden, where the outside terrace are in summer times. Might be in summer time there not much privicy, cuz out the window are tables of ... what people say » the restaurant's terrace. But during winter time it's perfect. But anyway the room was great. Fast wi fi for free, complimentery 2 bottles of water, c - The hotel is a splendid old house in a very quiet area. Our room was very large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings. However, the best feature of the hotel was the staff - friendly, helpful, and with fluent English. My wife found the bed a little too soft for her back - housekeeping quickly set up a mattress on the floor which solved the problem. In short - highly recommended.
