  Everything: excellent location, in the Rose Square (ok, you might hear some ambulances or police vehicles, during the night, but is not disturbing), very rich breakfast, nice ladies in reception and restaurant, they also have a coffee-shop. Parking is in the back of the hotel, in a yard, but anyway the bell-boy takes care of parking it for you. An... what people say » d, the first thing I am experiencing this: when in reception, you can preview and choose your room! There are some pictures on a display and, dependin - The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

  Not sure what the negative review was about. We arrived with backpacks and had no issues. Room was great, spa bath, patio doors onto the pool terrace and a huge room. Spa bath fully working. Very clean. Breakfast good enough to get you going. One of the only hotels to cook eggs fresh to order. Ask for room 3, more like a suite at no extra cost. Gr... what people say » eat value for money. - We spent just 1 night there. Very nice people in reception - everyone speak english. There was no problem with changing room with bath - no shower. Breakfast was delicious - a lot of food on table, bread, cheese salami etc. Man from reception made for us an omlet and coffe. There is nice City view from windows. Clean and big rooms.
