This is an excellent hotel situated just off the main high street of Sighisiora.It takes minutes to walk to the famous Sighsiora black tower and square ( a little up hill but worth it ) the welcome was exceptional and the junior suite superb. ( and only £84 per night) we endulged in a 50 minute massage each for only £12.50 each...wow !!! ..the restaurant is well priced and the breakfast was delicious.free secured parking too and free wi-fi.try this hotel you wont be disappointed....keith and ju.
all reviews » Beautiful hotel. Room was excellent and comfortable. Excellent food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet was very high standard. Easy walk to the city center and shopping. We were there for the Medieval Festival which is a must-see for those in the are in late July each year. Availble and discrete personnel, proactive and efficient. Location is ideal for sightseeing and relaxing afterwards, as parking lot is generous and the hotel location is discrete, away from main traffic zone of the city. Great location, 5 miniute walk to the clock tower. Parking was easy in the gated area. This was a very comfortable hotel. We had supper and breakfast at the hotel and both dining experiences were very good. Exceedingly comfortable room with lovely furnishings, top-notch staff, terrific location (5 minute walk to the pedestrian only walled city) with ample parking, lovely breakfast and very reasonable prices. Fantastic service minded personnel , good and quiet placement of the hotel. Clean room and recommend the spa . Good breakfast, with nice selection . Parking in front of the hotel . I appreciated the overall quality of the facilities. The spa is small but clean and functional. I highly recommand the massage, the masseuse was very thourough and professional. Access is a bit tricky as you get to the hotel on an unpaved road :P for about 300m. But this is not the hotels fault but still a draw back even if you are with a car. Overall is a great hotel but not a 5 star one. 4 max. Everything perfect. Just to say...is missing a support for soap inside the shower. Some smell in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was disappointing to put it mildly. It ruined an otherwise excellent experience. -the bed -the breakfast (nothing original, just groceries that can be easily find in the supermarkets nearby) -the access street towards the hotel. None. Bathroom had a bit of a stale smell. I didnt stay long enough!. The rather phoney opulance.The decor was over the top. none. Nothing. Not easy to find. miros ciudat in baie. - smell of bathroom - poor housekeeping. The location of the hotel is fine only if you do not plan to visit the city at late evening or night otherwise I would suggest hotels located in the center. Personalul de la restaurant destul de neprietenos si deloc receptiv la rugamintea de a face o omleta fara ulei. au spus ca nu au mai primit niciodata o astfel de cerere. Au gresit de doua ori pana sa faca in final ceva acceptabil.
