The staff was very helpful, they brought us by car to and from the hotel and also came to get us from Cota 1400 when we got caught in the rain.

One more point (for tourists) - Casa Iris is near Peles castle (its takes 10 minutes by the foot), but far away from city centre.

Everything! If I could give Villa Ermitage max. 5 stars - I would give them 6! the apartment was big and tidy with all the cooking facilities needed, so even though the price is higher than the other hotels in the area, we managed to stay withing the budged as we cooked for ourselve instead of going each time to the local restaurants. they also have a nice barbeque and a terrace and the staff provides all you need to start the fire.it was an excellent stay and we thank you

We come to this hotel again and again. Beautifull small place in mountains. Next to Orthodox monastery and Peles castle. Stayed here in winter and summer. There are rooms with kitchen.
