It still had a little bit of work to totally finish it off but this did not detract in any way from the enjoyment of using it.   We found the villa, grounds and decor to be elegant and the staff very courteous, friendly and helpful.   We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  The receptionist, Monica, was very welcoming and helped us with our travel arrangements to Iasi from Cluj. The hotel itself was excellent -- clean and with all the conveniences of home.   Rooms were spacious. We had the apartment and it was excellent in terms of space. Rooms were clean and in general was a clean place. - Location was good, staff polite.
