  We found the villa, grounds and decor to be elegant and the staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. The dining room is quite romantic and the lovely terrace is perfect for breakfast or lunch, although the weather was too chilly for us (but we certainly took many photos of the picturesque atmosphere). The room was luxuriously spacious with a clean, nicely tiled bathroom and large, deep bathtu - Situated close to the city center, into a residential area. Extremely kind staff, great food, Romanian specific. Very clean, nice and comfortable; all necessary amenities for a 5 stars hotel( except elevator, but not need for 2 floors). Parking space available , very helpful staff.

We were very pleased with the Hotel Beyfin. It is a modern hotel with all of the amenities to make it first rate. The location is on a busy street, but you do not notice the noise once inside. The staff is wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the church and music hall from our room.   As soon as we arrived we got upgraded to a better room, so a first impression every thing was perfect ! About the deluxe room : a big bed, i believe a queen size bed (actually 2 beds put together), the bathroom was big : it had a large shower, just fine for 2 persons, a bath and all the needed accessories. In the room there was a rug, a large tv 6... what people say » 6cm, very nice furniture and all the commands (light, drapes ...) were automated And also, the view was great, at night we saw cluj napoca just light - Room was great and comfortable, Service was excellent and there is a magnificent view of the city from my room's balcony. Like a lot the hotel's styling and design as well as the finishing. Breakfast and food at the hotel restaurants was also of quality.

  Actually this hotel is not as brash and corny as we expected. Yes its a hotel made to seem like a counts mansion, and yes it has real bear skins, stuffed animals, towers and ramparts, but it is more tastefully decorated than we expected. Its fun, its luxurious and it is certainly value for money. The restaurant food is worthy of any 4 star hotel... what people say » with a little twist of fun, like worn out vampires dick, and Dracula's favorite bloody steak Tartare. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the town - Stunning themed hotel, photos on web-sight don't do it justice. Guest rooms excellent.

  Great place! Me and my husband are traveling all the time, but it`s so nice to find such a cozy place from time to time. Great and very helpful staff, clean rooms, very nice decorations and tasty breakfast. We didn`t have problems with anything there!   As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. I had a wonderful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look...

Unlike some hotels we were able toleave the air-con on all day (handy in the hot summer). Long-ish walk totown (30-45 mins), which I didn't mind and in any case taxis in Cluj arecheap.
