  Great apartment, located in between the train station and city center. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, plates and basic spices. Bed is comfortable. Modern furnishings such as massive wide screen television. Strong wifi. It was a quiet area when we stayed over the weekend because the neighboring businesses close.   This would be the best apartment I have stayed in. It had everything you could want and the lady was so nice and so helpful. They also serve breakfast in your apartment if you wish for a extra charge. The breakfast was always so nice and it was easy to tell that the people take pride in there apartments' and guests. I can not more highly of there ... what people say » apartments' and the lady that brings you breakfast. It was so close to the city centre with many restaurants' and bars very close by. Yet it was very - The apartment was elegant, spotless and comfortable. Excellent location right in the city center. Staff was extremely helpful. In a nutshell, excellent value for the money.

The view was pretty nice and the apartment had all the things I needed. Check-in and Check-out time was flexible. My stay at The Cluj Horizon was smooth and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.
