A clean "10"! Great location, big rooms, some with great view! A Fitness center too! Very smart staff, especially the 'inventive' assistant manager and a very clever and helpful young co-team! I stayed in many Ibis Hotels around Europe... This is the best and the friendly and attentive smart staff tops my 5***** hotel in Dubai. Even I am a bit picky I loved it all!. This hotel is a clear "10"! Best location in town, big and new rooms...AND A very smart and helpful staff, especially the friendly assistant manager. Best run ibis in Europe where I've stayed...and I am a picky one.

Excellent location, as described. If you needed something staff was there to help you. Spacious rooms with basic needs. Like almost any franchise this one to it turned up to be a good business. So that,if you are in doubt go for Ibis. What you see it's what you get. If you don't want to experience the unknown, then book at Ibis. Simple as that. .. we got a junior suite on upper floor with stunning view to the sea side... + comfort + value for money. I liked everything!. a lot of things. The view. the location and the seaside view from the balcony. The rooms with the see view are very nice. The location was ok the room was ok. Location, free wifi, staff polite. location, hospitality. Staff helpfulness. Free parking wasn't good, paid parking was expensive, problems with room keycards (they stopped working - we had to let them re-activate many times during our stay). Breakfast was basic. Breakfast not included. Wireless almost unusable. Hotel parking not free. ..the numerous straining and all time barking dogs around the hotel .. N/A. all the streets around the hotel are currently under construction. about letsbookhotel.com because they mess my reservations, they ask me to put money on my credit card in 14 august to cover the cost and even in our departure day 19 august the money was still on my card. the interior seems to be olidish and it doesn't look like a new/modern one. The rooms could be more cleaner. The girl from front desk put me to pay at check in, I payd by credit card but after few days when I checked my transaction on my card the payment for the hotel was charged two times. I notice my bank and the hotel and I still wait to recover my money back. Unprofessional in dealing with cards. Be aware about this. Limited services offered, breakfast, room furniture. 1. poor breakfast 2. air conditioning duct is full of dust and more. DON'T USE IT! First ask for cleaning. 3. parking during the summer is nearly imposible. Room standard. hotel charged payment for both nights 24 hour before arrival!!!.
