Very attentive and friendly staff, clean rooms and quite acceptable breakfast. But little bit expencive price for that location. Generally, very good hotel for people, who prefers peace and quiet.
The location is perfect if you like young crowd and party. Close by restaurants, bars and quick walk to center of the old town.

Cheap price, wifi, not far from the center, many bars nearby.
Taxi from airport 25 Lei, to Train Station 10 Lei. Friendly staff.
Rooms are simple.
Everything was clean, rooms are big enough, hotel is situated close to the centre (15min).

The hotel is located in close distance to city center, University and Botanical Garden. Also in this district there students residences and many places to eat and drink.
I think the place has potential but needs more atention to the interior design.

I had very small room, actually didn`t expect to see such a little chamber and bathroom. Moreover I`ve stayed in the duble room. Of course it would be very tight squeeze there for two people...
Hotel does not offer parking. The area is very crowded (lots of students driving cars nowadays) and finding parking on those small narrow streets can be tricky specially if you drive a big SUV like i did.
Parking place is in one of the nerby streets, where you find free place but this is not neceserilly negative.
It is not related to the hotel, but the nearest ATM on the bar street operates like a scam for foreigners: it asks you whether you prefer fixed exchange rate or not-fixed (rates themselves do not appear). If you prefer the fixed exchange rate it is very unfavorable (12 % less than official). The problem is the rate itself appears only after the operation, I withdrew 100 USD (in Lei), lost 10$.
The didn't have too many clients at the time of the trip so they lack goo services at the restaurant. The breakfast was not included in the room price and at the bar they were a little expensive.
Very noisy neighbourhood.
The reception is upstairs and there is no elevator.
