The kindness of the Ladies at desk and Breakfast restaurant. the rooms the staff the locations. The hotel is situated in a very good position, the city centre is near and well connected throughout public transport network. The toilet tablet felt down when I was sitting. internet wasnt working at 4 th floor,in my room. The staff is rude and rigid in the attitude. For example, we asked if it is possible pay the room at the end of the sojuorn due to a question of ease for our credit cards and they answer it's impossible. The room was not so clean and the fridge was dirty and smells bad. Also the bathroom smells bad due to a inefficient dreinage. On the whole it's a very squallid hotel.
