We had some problem with the price because it was stated on letsbookhotel.com that the price of a triple room (though the maximum occupancy was indicated as 2 on the site) was 25 euros. (We e-mailed the hostel beforehand to ask if the triple room could really accommodate 3 people. They said yes, but didn't mention the price.) When we checked in, the receptionist told us it would be 30 euros instead. Not that it's a big difference but it didn't feel too nice when we were charged a different pric.
all reviews » The lady at reception and, apparently, the manager (I didn't meet him, but my colleagues did) were both very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, given how reasonably priced it is. I highly recommend this place to others, and would not hesitate to stay here again should I return to Brasov in the future!. We liked the location, the room, the city itself, what I would really like to underline is the receptionist in the hostel. She was really helpful and friendly, she spoke english fluent. The combination of great approach and cozy accommodation has made our stay perfect. The location is perfect, right on Republicii street, staff is great and goes out of its way to help you. The triple room is great value for money (30 euro), everything is newly decorated, mainly Ikea, but with great taste. Thank you for the stay and I will come back. reception was so friendly!!!! really kind! location! just 10 seconds from this hostel, you can enjoy all about old town! (means noisy during the night! haha) clean clean clean. room was so big. 1st floor bed was enough for 2 ppl and 2st floor bed was good for 1ppl. It is a very good hostel with very pleasant rooms. The beds are really comfortable, there is always warm water to shower with, the location of the hostel is great! My friends and I loved it and we're planning to return there on our next trip to Brasov. If you use google maps to find the hostel, it takes you to another hotel which is like 100 meters away from Centrum House. Anyway, the owner was trying to fix it I hope it'll be fixed soon. Located right in the old town great for walking around. I liked the receptionist that helped us a lot with informations regarding transportation and visiting the city. I liked that everything in the hostle was new and clean. Everything was brand new, so very clean and comfortable : beds, bathrooms and kitchen. It's also located in the main street of Brasov, and close to the tourism sites. Staffs: they were full of hospitality. They were willing to help me. The entrance to the room was just next to the reception, but it did not prove to bring any inconveniences as noise was not an issue. a little noisy since it was at old town but i liked!. Adress&Directions should be described better in the page. I didn't like that I slept in the room next to the reception and we could hear extremely well when the receptionist was talking to others; the walls or the door is too thin and you can hear just as they were speaking in your ear. Not easy to find, especially when using googlemap which can send you to a totally wrong address. Because its location can be hard to find if you rely only on Google maps, putting street number in your mind will lead you there more easily. A pup is just infornt of our place. A bit noisy but it stops at 1am. The wi-fi signal is not very good in our room. In the neighbourhood there is a bar, which was a bit noisy. Matresses were very hard!. Creaky floorboards and people leaving early in the morning. they forgot to give us towels but we called them and they guided us to find them. - no car park; we had to park in the street outside the centre and were worried - if you are sensitive to noise: a club is right below the hostel. Tv in dining room noisy at night. Noise...right near a bar with really loud music. a little it noisy. Too impersonal. I stayed in a room for 6 people but our neighbors used used our room to get in and out of their room.
