Excellent breakfast( top level), great services, well trained staff at the restaurant. Avocado bistro manu is delicious, served in a warm, friendly atmosphere. I am waiting for coming back. -
We stayed in room 326 for €60, with a balcony and views over the city. New hotel with great pool, spa and sauna. Good wifi. Very comfy bed and nice linen.

The hotel is on a hill a short walk ( about 10 minutes) from the centre of Cluj. Lovely to be out of the city smog. Helpful, friendly staff. Good room with balcony on 4th floor with views over Cluj. Comfortable. Good gym and pool. Excellent internet connection throughout. Overall excellent value. Its an old communist building and during those years used to be the place to stay in Cluj ( according to my friends who grew up there). The exterior may not be to everyones taste.
