Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was perfectly comfortable, quiet and clean. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.

Location is central and close to airport, but the surrounding roads are a mess and congested. Wifi didn't work in the room although it did in public areas. Limited car parking.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and the staff are very polite, efficient and helpful. The room met all our needs for the 6 nights we were there. The gas station across the street came in handy to pick up small food items, there is a coffee shop near by, and the Souq Waqif market is only a 8-10 min walk away.

The hotel is located in a more 'local feel' part of town meaning some of the surrounding area is a bit run down but it was good to see both extremes of the state of Qatar. Make sure you book your taxi well in advance as pick up times are often limited, or just flag one down on the main street on the other side of the gas station :)

Excellent service from staff, specially Alnor. The room had everything required, excellent value for money especially free wifi.

I was very impressed by this hotel, and it was a very very nice place to stay during a long layover from Dhaka to the US. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, and included nice amenities such as coffee and tea, water and biscuits, and wifi, as well as a flatscreen tv with a number of cable channels. I have noticed others commenting on the size of the rooms at this hotel, but the room I stayed in was a nice size, and really no smaller than rooms in the US. I was very impressed by the accommodations at this hotel. Also, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This was a nice part of my stay here. The hotel is located near the souq waqif, the corniche, and the museum of islamic art. it's a nice area to walk around, if you'd like to get out and stretch your legs. Finally, the hotel restaurant had a nice range of options available. it was ramadan during my stay, and the hotel offered an impressive iftar buffet. it was a nice addition to my stay.

- The receptionist is excellent, specially (Shefans). - The swimming pool is in the 11th floor, so it has a great view. - when I order something, they bring it immediately. - The hotel has a business room so you can use the internet for printing or copying papers. - The location is perfect, it's behind a gas satation and a supermarket.

Parking is limited, in saying that i was there for three days and had a space right at the door. Doormen control small car park beside road.

Very comfort rooms , very nice smiling and polite staff, very clean , very soft beds ,free coffee free water daily , swimming pool on the 11th floor with view ,sport training center good. Generally a very good money for value hotel. I recommend it.

Expensive hotel tax service. Due to the fact that in Doha you must call a taxi hours before , a better tariff for quests would help them to use them more.

Internet connection is Free - but terriblly slow. If the hotel is fully booked it is not usable at all (at least between 6pm and 2 am). This is a business hotel and I expect state-of-the-art internet connectivity (high speed). Therefore I do not recommend this hotel for businessmen.

Ideal Hotel for business travelers. Location is very close to the center (walking distance to Souq Waqif). Staff are very friendly, Prices are good for the quality.

Wifi too slow. We changed the room immediately as we so flying insects in bathroom. Rom was on 2nd floor. Moved to 3rd floor , in night on bed came a bedbug. They pest control badly. No staff at Gym and pool level.

I asked for non-smoking room - not sure if that is what I got - also had smoke permeating from adjacent rooms. TV reception was limited and nothing like what was listed in their guidance.

Service is poor and staff t not helpful, no bell boy or any kind of this if u needed anything extra, so u have to go by yourself to the receiption or the kitchen to get what u need! Staff r not aware of the places in Doha, gave us many wrong info about timing and distance of famous places.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Good value for money. Breakfast had a good variety of items to suit to tastes.

Location is not optimal. It is a bit of chore getting out of the region towards any destination due to traffic jams. Hot water takes a while to come through the taps. Parking is limited.

There are no parking around the hotel, the room service wasn't the best.
