The condition that one of the parents must be available /setting in theswimming pool if the chilled is less than 12 years. I really understandthat this is for safety reason but also the attendant should understandwhen I explained to her that my son who is 11 years old is excellentswimmer. He was trained in his school. This made my time tied and wastedsetting with him in the swimming pool mos

There is only a pool inside the hotel. More a business hotel.

The staff were very friendly - I have stayed there before and they remembered me - very personalised service

there was no facilities for beauty treatments and its also a dry hotel so there was no alcohol in the minibar

The staff and services are great. The rooms big and comfortable. Nice gym and decent breakfast.

The hotel is located in a major construction zone, but this is true of most of Qatar. The only taxis available are the hotel limosuines and they are more expensive than a regular taxi. Internet is expensive and it should be free

I liked its location .. walking distance to the City Centre Shopping Mall, and its located in a quiet area away from the traffic jams.

The non-availability of alcoholic beverages at this hotel needs to be clearly stated on the hotel webpage – it would had made me chose an other hotel. Confusing organization and pre-booking of taxi/transportation

Yes, thank you for this opportunity! 1. housekeeping never did answertheir phone extension when I called them around 12:00am. I must havewasted 1 hour on the phone just trying to reach them, but to no avail.2. Hotel did not have an adapter available. I had to go to thesupermarket and buy my own adapter to plug in and charge my Laptop.Extremely inconvenient for a business traveler like myself!
