The staff at San Jorge were amazing. When we arrived early following a
cruise and every effort was made to get us into our room ahead of the
2pm check in time. The manager at the front desk assisted us in catching
the bus into Old San Juan. The next morning, staff called a taxi for us
to get to the airport. The room was small, but it had everything we
needed and was clean. Our room had an individual air conditioner, which
was great. It was in a great location. The bus stop was right across the

Having stayed in different Hotels for a few straight days, Hotel San
Jorge stood out as an excellent value for the money. The Hotel is was
exceptionally clean and accommodating. The best part of the experience
was the impecable treatment by the hotel staff.
The staff was the best, very helpful and kind. The place was clean over
all. I would stay there again for sure. For the price it was a great
deal. Took the bus, less than one block away for 75cents, to Old San
Juan and the beach.
I like the friendly staff and I was immediately taken care of when I arrived under the circumstances of my travel. The place was well kept and clean. I really like staying there. Oh...also Plaza Las Americas was nearby!.
I liked Carla and Ms. Cristina. They were on the staff and they were very friendly and helpful. I liked the cleanliness and the organization of the place. I really liked Carla. Hola Carla!!.

The only complaints I may have is that the remote control for our room
to turn the channels on the cable receiver was missing; however, as soon
as it was brought to the attention of the front desk staff, we were
given a controller that worked perfectly.
The mattress was a bit stiff.
Nothing really. I think people complaining about this hotel are being a
bit picky.
It's not near the beach. That's really the only down side. It's great for a single guy on a trip to have fun.
