The hotel desk staff and the waiter in the restaurant were awesome. The hotel environmental services were ok except Luz was great. Very helpful. The location and facilities near the hotel. Would like more options for food during the day. The restaurant closes from 11-5.My refrigerator was not cold but I did not ask them to fix it. This hotel needs more emploees. We waited to much for a drink at the bar.
