Prices are per room. The flat consists of a master bedroom offering a king bed with en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom a double bed. There is a separate 2nd bathroom. The living / dining room is spacious with an ocean view balcony. Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 56-30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds are not available. One child under 4 years is charged USD 60 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	A fixed amount of USD 180 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	7 % Tax is not included. USD 20 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan	Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Parking	Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
