Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 60 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	6 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
