Staff was very helpful with suggestions about things to do, where to eat and shop in Lisboa. Showed great concern and tried to help after an incident at the hotel door. Very nice people. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable despite that incident. Location is excellent, only steps away from the metro station. Surrounded by food places and cafes. In addition, they have happily and safely stored some of my luggage while I was away for a week. Would not hesitate to return.

The location was ok. 5 to 10 minutes walking to Anjos subway station. The bathroom was modern and very well cleaned. The staff was very nice and ready to give you tips on things you can do. When we asked how to get to Belem, the receptionist promptly checked all the public transport lines that we could take and printed to us.
As we speak Portuguese, we did not have any problems to communicate with the staff and made our stay much easier.
