We were very impressed with this hotel. Superb value for money, very conveniently located, lovely helpful staff. We felt very welcome and comfortable here. There is no lift but people helped take our bags up to our room, which anyway was only a short easy flight of stairs up so putting that in as a positive and not a negative. Free wifi very easy to connect to - all round a really good experience. - Susan
