The location of hotel is perfect in the city center and really near to the river. The staff is super friendly and nice, always ready to help. The rooms were clean. The building was old but in a good condition. Also it was really cheap for such a service.

Our room was small but cosy and very clean. Despite the fact that the pension is localised next door to the bus station, sounds from the megaphones weren't disturbing. Residencia is very portugese. The personal is great very kind and hapful, but they don´t speak english. Just Portugese!

I stayed for one night in July with my friends. It was exactly what it looks like in the pictures, clean and very stylish. Our triple room (a double bed and a single bed) was perfect for a friend trip in Porto. The staff were extremely friendly, even giving us a small bottle of their family made port to try. The bed was very comfortable though it could get a bit noisy at night from sounds on the street (not enough to stop you sleeping though). The front desk lady was amazing!!!! We accidentally booked the room for the wrong night and when we showed up unexpectedly to her in the middle of the night, she made it work - no extra charge or anything! She left Port wine for us in our room while we were gone during the day - how sweet. The bathroom in the bedroom was great - very well maintained.

This hostel was really the best I've ever seen! It was clean as much as possible and it has everything you need. They provide safe places to stay at a reasonable price. So close to the main metro stations, city center and historical places! Staffs were helpful. Besides, they serve free city trips with many guides who speak lot of languages. So, it was perfect :)
