Very helpfull friendly staff. Laid back and relaxed hotel, but when we needed something it was done without fuss. Excellent quality room and bathrooms, very comfy beds, the room felt opoulent and cosy. Considering the location it's quiet, no noise from inside the hotel. We wanted a city centre location, if you want complete peace then go to the country. All the decent metro, trams and buses can be caught from the square outside. Easy walking to Lisbons decent eating and nightlife areas.

I would highly recommend the Altis Prime. There was a group of 12 girls us who stayed in 3 of the 2 Double bedroom Suites. The Suites were extremely clean, modern and very spacious. Bathrooms were lovely. The roof terrace was lovely and for a hotel in this budget with no pool was an excellent addition. The staff were helpful in ordering taxis. There was a supermatekt just a couple of mins walk away which meant we coudl buy supplies for the rooms very easily. There were flat screen TVs in each r - Anonymous
