I loved the friendly staff, the cleanliness and the location. It's also a very calm and quiet hostel which I loved as I usually return to the hostel to rest, otherwise I'm out and about. You're right near the Avenida de Liberdad and just a short walk from the city center. Right around the corner is the Botanical garden and the museum of natural hi... what people say » story. Very nice hotel which is more like a high class hostel, perfect if you are a group of friends (rooms until 6 people for a very reasonable price). Very clean and cosy. The furniture is new (rooms and kitchen).
Location is good if you come here for holiday as it is central but quiet in a very safe neighbourhood. -

It was possible to leave our luggage at the reception till the evening at the day of our checkout. The location is also good - close to the metro station.

We had a warm welcome when we arrived at the hostel. We had the chance to get check in before the official time of 15h, which was great. The staff told some things about the city and gave us some advice. We really liked our room, it was quite big and as a surprise we got our own bathroom. All personnel very lovely and kind, always will help! Every day prepared something new of the Portuguese cuisine (pancakes, a fruitcake). It was always pure and cozy. All communicated among themselves and it was great! In the evenings we sat at a table in kitchen from the different countries (Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Holland) and communicated! Thanks for everything! When I will go to Lisbon, I will surely stop in this hostel!

Staff are amazing, very friendly and lovely people.
I relaxed and had a wonderful time in this hostel. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, the location is great and if your lucky as I was you'll catch a vibrant atmosphere especially towards the weekends.
Also there were quiet relaxing times and the WiFi is super quick.I got involved in kareoke 1 night (I can't sing) but I felt comfortable enough there to sing lol! Very clean hostel too.
